a lot of people think being positive is smiling, and being happy. it’s not. you should always stay positive, but that does not mean being happy and not being sad. be sad, cry a lot, hit things when you’re mad, yell, scream, dance, smile, feel your emotions fully. let them out. let what needs to be felt, be felt completely. being positive means realizing things will be okay. things change. bad things don’t last, and good things always come back.
